제1조 (목적)

본 약관은 MSPB(Minecraft Server Port Bridge) 서비스(이하 "서비스")의 중앙 서버 및 관련 인프라의 이용 조건과 절차를 규정함을 목적으로 합니다.

※ 본 약관은 MSPB 소프트웨어 자체의 사용을 제한하는 것이 아닙니다. MSPB 소프트웨어는 오픈소스 라이선스(MPL-2.0)에 따라 자유롭게 사용할 수 있습니다. 본 약관은 오직 서비스 운영자가 제공하는 서버 인프라(mspb.r-e.kr 및 그 하위 도메인)의 이용에만 적용됩니다.

제2조 (정의)

• 서비스: MSPB 중앙 서버 및 mspb.r-e.kr 하위 도메인을 통한 포트 터널링 인프라
• 이용자: 본 서비스를 사용하는 개인
• 단체: 법인, 단체, 조직, 사업자 등 개인이 아닌 주체

제3조 (이용 제한)

서비스 운영자는 다음과 같은 이용을 금지합니다:

1. 악의적 활동

   서비스를 악의적인 목적으로 이용하는 행위. 다음의 활동을 포함합니다:

   • DDoS 공격
   • 악성코드 배포
   • 불법 콘텐츠 유통
   • 해킹 시도

2. 단체 사용

   법인, 단체, 조직, 사업자 등 개인이 아닌 주체가 서비스를 이용하는 행위. 학교, 기업, 게임 커뮤니티 운영팀 등 모든 형태의 조직적 사용 포함

3. 수익화

   서비스를 직접 또는 간접적으로 수익을 창출하는 목적으로 이용하는 행위. 다음의 행위를 포함합니다:

   • 유료 서버 호스팅 서비스 제공
   • 서비스 이용을 조건으로 한 금전적 대가 수취
   • 광고, 후원 등을 통한 수익 창출
   • 리셀링 또는 재판매

제4조 (이용 제한의 해제)

단체 사용 또는 수익화 목적으로 서비스를 이용하고자 하는 경우, 서비스 운영자에게 별도로 문의하여 허가를 받을 수 있습니다.

제5조 (위반 시 조치)

본 약관을 위반하는 경우, 서비스 운영자는 사전 통지 없이 해당 이용자의 서비스 이용을 제한하거나 차단할 수 있습니다.

제6조 (면책)

서비스는 "있는 그대로" 제공되며, 서비스 운영자는 서비스의 중단, 데이터 손실, 기타 손해에 대해 책임을 지지 않습니다.

제7조 (체험 서비스)

mspb.r-e.kr:19132는 체험 목적으로 제공되는 서비스입니다. 본 서비스는 불안정할 수 있으며, 사전 통지 없이 일시적 또는 영구적으로 중단될 수 있습니다. 서비스 운영자는 체험 서비스의 중단으로 인한 어떠한 손해에 대해서도 책임을 지지 않습니다.

Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms define the conditions and procedures for using the MSPB (Minecraft Server Port Bridge) service (hereinafter "the Service") central server and related infrastructure.

Note: These Terms do not restrict the use of the MSPB software itself. The MSPB software is freely available under the open-source MPL-2.0 license. These Terms apply only to the use of the server infrastructure (mspb.r-e.kr and its subdomains) provided by the service operator.

Article 2 (Definitions)

• Service: The MSPB central server and port tunneling infrastructure via mspb.r-e.kr subdomains
• User: An individual using the Service
• Organization: Any entity other than an individual, including corporations, groups, organizations, and businesses

Article 3 (Restrictions)

The service operator prohibits the following uses:

1. Malicious Activities

   Using the Service for malicious purposes, including but not limited to DDoS attacks, malware distribution, illegal content distribution, and hacking attempts.

2. Organizational Use

   Use of the Service by any entity other than an individual, including but not limited to corporations, organizations, schools, businesses, and gaming community management teams.

3. Monetization

   Using the Service directly or indirectly for profit-generating purposes, including but not limited to:

   • Providing paid server hosting services
   • Charging fees in exchange for Service access
   • Generating revenue through advertising or sponsorships
   • Reselling or redistributing the Service

Article 4 (Exemptions)

Organizations or those wishing to use the Service for monetization purposes may contact the service operator separately to obtain permission.

Article 5 (Enforcement)

In the event of a violation of these Terms, the service operator may restrict or block the offending user's access to the Service without prior notice.

Article 6 (Disclaimer)

The Service is provided "as is," and the service operator shall not be liable for any interruptions, data loss, or other damages arising from the use of the Service.

Article 7 (Trial Service)

mspb.r-e.kr:19132 is provided as a trial service. This service may be unstable and may be temporarily or permanently discontinued without prior notice. The service operator shall not be liable for any damages arising from the interruption of the trial service.
